Senior Analyst (Remote- United States)

Reporting to the Senior Research Scientist II, the Senior Analyst II (supervisory) is a senior technical and research leader responsible for designing, managing, and executing complex data, research, and evaluation projects across multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role leads advanced statistical analyses, supports rigorous research design aligned with established evidence standards, and ensures high-quality data management throughout the full data lifecycle. The Senior Analyst II develops and maintains data systems and infrastructure and collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights while ensuring adherence to data governance, research standards, and ETR values. This is a remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the United States.

Starting Pay Range: $94,900-115,900 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $94,900-105,400 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
