The Adult Program Coordinator provides trauma-informed case management to walk alongside single mothers who are overcoming a circumstance of homelessness and charting their course to stability.

This role will help oversee the coordination and training of outreach workers within the CoC. In this role, the Project Manager will support the efforts between diversion outreach, crisis response, encampment closures, and Downtown Rising outreach.
