Position Summary

The Director of Finance is responsible for the overall financial management, fiscal integrity, and financial compliance of the organization. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for budgeting, financial reporting, DFCS reimbursement processes, internal controls, and risk management. The Director of Finance ensures accurate, timely financial information is available to support decision-making while maintaining strong internal checks and balances.

The Director of Finance works in close coordination with the Executive Director and serves as the primary financial staff liaison to the Finance Committee and Treasurer.
