Executive Director

Advocates for the West is seeking its next Executive Director to lead the organization through a thoughtful and well-planned transition following more than twenty years of founder leadership. This is an opportunity to steward a highly respected conservation litigation organization with a strong culture, experienced legal team, and clear strategic direction. The Executive Director will focus on organizational leadership, fundraising, external relationships, and long-term sustainability, while trusting and empowering senior legal leaders to guide litigation strategy. The role is based in the American West, with Boise, Idaho preferred.
