Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Individual Giving will be responsible for advancing CLC’s individual giving program by ensuring that individual donors and prospects are thoughtfully engaged and moved toward deeper investment in CLC’s mission. The Senior Manager will manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and prospects ($10k-$99.9k), ensuring consistent cultivation and stewardship. The Senior Manager will assume primary responsibility for qualifying, cultivating, and stewarding new and existing individual prospects generated through events and outreach efforts. The Senior Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Development; Senior Manager, Donor Relations and Events; and Senior Manager, Data and Analytics to build and maintain a sustainable and diverse funding portfolio. The Vice President of Development has responsibility for principal gifts of $100,000 and above.

Salary Range: $110,776 - $149,875
