The Program Coordinator, Government Initiatives, supports the execution of government-funded medical debt relief programs by building and managing the operational systems that underpin a growing portfolio of state and local government partnerships. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining tracking systems, coordinating data collection across departments, and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of all program deliverables. The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that programs are organized, compliant, and aligned with contract expectations. This is an execution-focused role that requires a high level of ownership and initiative. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, proactively anticipating needs, and helping to move work forward across multiple stakeholders. They are able to translate complex program requirements into clear systems, processes, and outputs, and take responsibility for ensuring workstreams progress efficiently and reliably.
