This position requires a high energy, but calm manager who coordinates much of the day-to-day administrative needs of the school and who acts as a liaison among students, faculty, staff, parents, and outside vendors.
Primary responsibilities
- Serves as a liaison between students, faculty, staff, parents, prospective families, vendors, and outside parties
- Oversees communication between the school and external stakeholders
- Manages student and faculty attendance records
- Coordinates and maintains the school calendar and the Head of School’s calendar
- Assists with planning and organizing special events and school projects
- Handles phone calls, email correspondence, and general communications
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- Organizes school supplies, inventory, and purchasing/orders
- Supervises faculty and student parking arrangements
- Performs additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
