About this role

This position requires a high energy, but calm manager who coordinates much of the day-to-day administrative needs of the school and who acts as a liaison among students, faculty, staff, parents, and outside vendors.

 

Primary responsibilities

  • Serves as a liaison between students, faculty, staff, parents, prospective families, vendors, and outside parties
  • Oversees communication between the school and external stakeholders
  • Manages student and faculty attendance records
  • Coordinates and maintains the school calendar and the Head of School’s calendar
  • Assists with planning and organizing special events and school projects
  • Handles phone calls, email correspondence, and general communications
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail distribution
  • Organizes school supplies, inventory, and purchasing/orders
  • Supervises faculty and student parking arrangements
  • Performs additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
