  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver work that meets Grants Plus quality standards, client scopes, and time allocations.
  • Use approved AI tools to support drafting, summarizing, research organization, and workflow efficiency, while applying human review, sound judgment, confidentiality, and quality control.
  • Support conversations about continuing or expanding client engagements by identifying client needs, successes, and opportunities.
  • Participate in peer learning, professional development, and internal projects that strengthen client service.

What Success Looks Like:

A successful Associate Grants Consultant demonstrates:

  • Collaboration: You work well in a team-based environment, share information, ask questions, and welcome feedback.
  • Responsible AI Use: You are familiar and comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency, organize information, and support drafting while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and client-ready quality.
  • Growth Orientation: You are curious, coachable, accountable, and interested in developing as a grant consultant.

  • Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate information into clear and compelling grant-related materials.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, details, multiple priorities, and client-facing work.
  • Ability to use technology to communicate, manage work, track client details, and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity and comfort using AI tools to support writing, research, summarizing, organization, or workflow efficiency, paired with strong judgment and quality control.
