Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the preschool program Supervise, coach, and evaluate preschool staff and teachers Ensure compliance with licensing exemptions, safety standards, and organizational policies Support curriculum implementation and developmentally appropriate instruction Build strong relationships with families and community partners Maintain accurate student and staff records Coordinate enrollment, orientation, and family communication processes Lead staff training and professional development initiatives Monitor classroom environments to ensure safety, cleanliness, and instructional quality Manage preschool scheduling, staffing, and program planning Collaborate with organizational leadership on strategic growth initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field required Master’s degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of preschool leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of early childhood development and classroom management Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience supervising staff and leading teams CPR and First Aid certification preferred Passion for serving children and families in a mission-focused environment Benefits Competitive salary Professional development opportunities Paid holidays and time off Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to shape and grow an impactful preschool program
