Supported Employment Specialist
Lionheart WORKS
Lionheart WORKS is a vocational program supporting adults with autism and other neurodiverse abilities through person-centered, strengths-based employment services. We’re looking for a compassionate, driven professional to lead supported employment efforts, combining direct participant support, employer engagement, and program coordination to create meaningful job opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead supported employment efforts for Lionheart WORKS
- Coach participants in job readiness, resumes, interviews, and workplace success
- Provide on-site job support and transport to work sites as needed
- Develop individualized employment plans
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers
- Identify and create job opportunities aligned with participant strengths
- Support job placement, onboarding, and retention
- Guide job coaches and collaborate with team members
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required (related field; Master’s preferred)
- 2+ years in supported employment, job development, or similar
- Experience working with neurodiverse individuals
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Leadership experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Position Details
- Location: Lionheart WORKS, 12624 Broadwell Road, Alpharetta, GA 30004
- Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Primarily weekdays, approx. 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, other daytime hours as needed
