The Director of Development and Partnerships will lead COE’s strategic fundraising and partner engagement efforts.

This role is accountable for leading multiple staff teams and is able to build & maintain strong relationships with constituents while implementing innovative peer to peer fundraising products.

This position plays a central role in translating science into engaging, actionable learning experiences for residents, schools, visitors, businesses, municipalities, and community partners.

This role calls for a dynamic and experienced leader who brings strong business acumen, operational expertise, and a track record of effective management.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the annual fund, including strategies for all micro-, mid-level and monthly donors as well as maintaining a portfolio of major donors ($2,500+) for cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.

This role will align GPAHE messaging, advocacy, and engagement efforts to build public understanding and drive meaningful policy impact, creating coordinated advocacy strategies and relationships with policymakers, partners, and the public.

Manages the full lifecycle of restricted grants, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Coordinates across teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and timely submission of grant deliverables.
