SOWA_Business_Manager_Raffle-Manager_Full_JD.pdf
Special Olympics Washington is seeking a strategic, highly organized leader to strengthen our operational infrastructure — and to serve as the internal business manager for our flagship Dream House Raffle. This role sits at the intersection of compliance, revenue performance, vendor management, and organizational systems. You’ll own the raffle operating plan end-to-end while also building the cross-functional systems that help SOWA run with greater consistency and accountability.
Dream House Raffle - Own the operating plan, monitor ticket sales and revenue performance, coordinate vendor execution, and ensure WSGC compliance throughout the raffle cycle.
Compliance & Internal Controls - Maintain compliance calendars, separation of duties, audit-ready documentation, and regulatory follow-through — especially with the WA State Gambling Commission.
Vendor & Contract Management - Lead procurement, onboarding, and day-to-day coordination with the external marketing firm, call center, fulfillment vendors, and other operational partners.
Business Operations Systems - Build and maintain SOPs, risk registers, insurance documentation, contract tracking, and cross functional project management infrastructure.
